In 2020-2021, 989 people earned their degree in engineering-related technologies, making the major the 270th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, engineering-related technologies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $57,339 and had an average of $21,670 in loans still to pay off.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 203 engineering-related technologies graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,682 and $26,217 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Engineering-Related Tech for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 15 colleges that offered a degree in engineering-related technologies. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great engineering-related technologies programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly for Engineering-Related Tech for a Bachelor’s. University of Alaska Anchorage is a fairly large public school situated in Anchorage, Alaska. It awarded 10 bachelors’s engineering-related tech degrees in 2020-2021.
