You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Bismarck State College. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Petroleum Tech. BSC is a small public school situated in Bismarck, North Dakota. It awarded 14 ’s petroleum tech degrees in 2020-2021.
