You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Maine Maritime Academy. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Maine for Engineering Tech. Maine Maritime is located in Castine, Maine and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 19 ’s engineering tech degrees to qualified students.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Maine. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Maine for Engineering Tech list. Orono, Maine is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s engineering tech degrees to 122 students in 2020-2021.

UMaine did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Our most recent data shows that 21 of the 11,741 students enrolled at UMaine were GI Bill® students, of which 17 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $16,419. During this same period, 0 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

Located in South Portland, Maine, this medium-sized public school awarded 35 degrees to qualified ’s engineering tech students in 2020-2021.

SMCC also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Our most recent data shows that 251 of the 5,789 students enrolled at SMCC were GI Bill® students, of which 143 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $1,882. In addition to receiving other benefits, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. SMCC offers credit for military training for eligible students.
