You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Tulsa. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Other Computer Engineering list. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 16 degrees to qualified ’s other computer engineering students in 2020-2021.
