You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Vermont. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Vermont for EE for a Doctorate list. Located in Burlington, Vermont, this fairly large public school handed out 2 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s EE students in 2020-2021.
