Electrical Engineering is the 39th most popular major in the country with 28,844 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, electrical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $74,380 and had an average of $24,114 in loans still to pay off.

Across Nevada, there were 105 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $64,677 and $21,024 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 88 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,298 and $27,287 respectively.

UNLV is a large public school situated in Las Vegas, Nevada. It awarded 33 bachelors’s EE degrees in 2020-2021.

UNLV also made our “Best Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Nevada” list, coming in at #2.Our most recent data shows that 1,594 of the 31,142 students enrolled at University of Nevada - Las Vegas were GI Bill® students, of which 929 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
