In 2019-2020, electrical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $74,380 and had an average of $24,114 in loans still to pay off.

Across Oklahoma, there were 256 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $74,542 and $24,310 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 190 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,150 and $25,612 respectively.

This large school is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and it awarded 82 bachelors’s EE degrees in 2020-2021.

University of Oklahoma not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list.Our most recent data shows that 12 of the 27,772 students enrolled at University of Oklahoma Norman Campus were GI Bill® students, of which 10 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $3,720. On top of their other funding sources, 0 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Oklahoma State University - Main Campus. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for EE for a Bachelor’s list. Oklahoma State University - Main Campus is a public institution located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The school has a large population, and it awarded 59 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

OSU also took the #2 spot in our “Best Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,038 of the 24,535 students enrolled at Oklahoma State University - Main Campus were GI Bill® students, of which 439 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $7,226. To help with additional expenses, 39 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. It placed #5 on our “Best Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list.According to our most recent data, Oklahoma Christian University supports 2,055 students, and 81 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 49 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $13,775. On top of their other funding sources, 8 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Tulsa, Oklahoma is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelors’s EE degrees to 12 students in 2020-2021.

University of Tulsa did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #3 on our “Best Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list.Our most recent data shows that 119 of the 3,960 students enrolled at University of Tulsa were GI Bill® students, of which 62 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
