You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Alabama at Birmingham. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Alabama for Engineering for a Master’s list. UAB is a large school located in Birmingham, Alabama that handed out 143 masters’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our alabama master’s degree vets studying engineering list, UAB has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best General Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Alabama” ranking.According to our most recent data, University of Alabama at Birmingham supports 22,563 students, and 1,194 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 508 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Located in Huntsville, Alabama, this medium-sized public school awarded 76 diplomas to qualified masters’s engineering students in 2020-2021.

UAH not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #2 on our “Best General Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Alabama” list.Of the 9,999 students enrolled at UAH, 645 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
