You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Alaska Anchorage. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Alaska for ME for a Bachelor’s. Anchorage, Alaska is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s ME degrees to 33 students in 2020-2021.

UAA did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our “Best Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Alaska” list.Our most recent data shows that 42 of the 11,953 students enrolled at University of Alaska Anchorage were GI Bill® students, of which 31 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $1,609. In addition to receiving other benefits, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

This medium-sized school is located in Fairbanks, Alaska, and it awarded 26 bachelors’s ME degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at UAF, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Alaska” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 665 of the 6,813 students enrolled at University of Alaska Fairbanks were GI Bill® students, of which 417 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
