You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Idaho State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for General Nuclear Engineering list. ISU is a public institution located in Pocatello, Idaho. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 15 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Colorado School of Mines is a medium-sized school located in Golden, Colorado that handed out 7 ’s general nuclear engineering degrees in 2020-2021.
Mines did well in our major quality rankings, too.
