You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Utah State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for Other Engineering for a Doctorate list. Logan, Utah is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out doctorate’s other engineering degrees to 3 students in 2020-2021.
