Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Engineering for an Associate that were part of this year’s ranking, Portland Community College landed the #1 spot on the list. Portland, Oregon is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s engineering degrees to 15 students in 2020-2021.
