Across the Southwest region, there were 23,446 engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $69,300 and $23,146 respectively.

The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley ranked #24 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Engineering for a Master’s list. UT Rio Grande Valley is a public institution located in Edinburg, Texas. The school has a large population, and it awarded 61 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Our most recent data shows that 871 of the 32,441 students enrolled at UT Rio Grande Valley were GI Bill® students, of which 302 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
