Out of the 12 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for English for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, Brown University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 2 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s English students in 2020-2021.
