You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend West Chester University of Pennsylvania. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Rhetoric and Composition for a Master’s. WCUPA is a fairly large public school situated in West Chester, Pennsylvania. It awarded 5 masters’s rhetoric and composition degrees in 2020-2021.

Baltimore, Maryland is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s rhetoric and composition degrees to 11 students in 2020-2021.
