Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Rhetoric and Composition for a Master’s that were part of this year’s ranking, West Chester University of Pennsylvania landed the #1 spot on the list. WCUPA is a fairly large school located in West Chester, Pennsylvania that handed out 5 masters’s rhetoric and composition degrees in 2020-2021.
