Brigham Young University - Provo has taken the #1 spot in this year's area studies ranking for non-traditional students. BYU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the midsize city of Provo. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, BYU has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Area Studies in the Rocky Mountains Region ranking.
