You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend American University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in District of Columbia for Food & Nutrition for a Master’s list. The American University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Washington, District of Columbia. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 55 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.

The American University not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best Food & Nutrition Master’s Degree Schools in District of Columbia” list.Our most recent data shows that 613 of the 14,001 students enrolled at The American University were GI Bill® students, of which 388 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
