This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Alternative Medicine” ranking looked at 32 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in alternative medicine and systems. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent alternative medicine and systems programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

California Institute of Integral Studies landed the #24 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Alternative Medicine ranking. Located in San Francisco, California, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 80 degrees to qualified ’s alternative medicine students in 2020-2021.
