Out of the 2 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Alternative Medicine for a Master’s that were part of this year’s ranking, National University of Health Sciences landed the #1 spot on the list. National College of Chiropractic is a private not-for-profit institution located in Lombard, Illinois. The school has a small population, and it awarded 25 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.
National College of Chiropractic not only placed well in this ranking.
