LCU is a small school located in Lubbock, Texas that handed out 7 bachelors’s medical prep degrees in 2020-2021.

Southern Nazarene University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Bethany, Oklahoma. The school has a small population, and it awarded 10 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Baylor University landed the #7 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Medical Prep for a Bachelor’s ranking. Baylor is a large school located in Waco, Texas that handed out 144 bachelors’s medical prep degrees in 2020-2021.

Baylor not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #2 on our “Best Health/Medical Prep Programs Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list.According to our most recent data, Baylor University supports 19,297 students, and 876 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 593 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $17,744. During this same period, 263 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
