With all of the options veterans have for higher education today, it can be tough to choose which direction to take. College Factual was founded, in part, to help students make the decision as to what would be the best school for them. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Medical Illustration” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2020-2021, 2,089 people earned their degree in medical illustration and informatics, making the major the 193rd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, medical illustration and informatics graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $70,135 and had an average of $32,175 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Plains States region, there were 295 medical illustration and informatics graduates with average earnings and debt of $68,652 and $0 respectively.

Logan University did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Medical Illustration ranking, coming in at #7. Located in Chesterfield, Missouri, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 2 diplomas to qualified ’s medical illustration students in 2020-2021.
