Blackhawk Technical College ranked #25 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly for Psychiatric/Mental Health Services Technician list. This small school is located in Janesville, Wisconsin, and it awarded 13 ’s psychiatric/mental health services technician degrees in 2020-2021.
