You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Baylor University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Nursing Midwifery for a Doctorate. Baylor is a large school located in Waco, Texas that handed out 3 doctorate’s nursing midwifery degrees in 2020-2021.
