Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent school nursing programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Out of the 10 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for School Nursing that were part of this year’s ranking, New York University landed the #1 spot on the list. New York, New York is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s school nursing degrees to 20 students in 2020-2021.
NYU did well in our major quality rankings, too. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for School Nursing. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 52 degrees to qualified ’s school nursing students in 2020-2021.
UPenn did well in our major quality rankings, too.
