East Carolina University tops the 2021 list of our schools in North Carolina that are best for non-traditional public health students. ECU is a very large public school located in the small city of Greenville. As a testament to the quality of education offered at ECU, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Public Health in North Carolina ranking.
