You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Scranton. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. Located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 6 diplomas to qualified ’s vocational rehabilitation counseling students in 2020-2021.
