UT Knoxville is a large school located in Knoxville, Tennessee that handed out 124 doctorate’s law degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our tennessee doctor’s degree vets studying law list, UT Knoxville has also earned the #2 rank in our “Best Law Doctor’s Degree Schools in Tennessee” ranking.Of the 30,559 students enrolled at UT Knoxville, 1,122 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 739 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $10,650. On top of their other funding sources, 8 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Memphis. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Tennessee for Law for a Doctorate. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, this large public school awarded 108 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s law students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our tennessee doctor’s degree vets studying law list, UofM has also earned the #4 rank in our “Best Law Doctor’s Degree Schools in Tennessee” ranking.According to our most recent data, UofM supports 22,205 students, and 766 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 446 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $7,772. To help with additional expenses, 4 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Out of the 4 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Tennessee for Law for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, Lincoln Memorial University landed the #3 spot on the list. Located in Harrogate, Tennessee, this medium-sized private not-for-profit school handed out 80 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s law students in 2020-2021.
