Legal Professions is the 16th most popular major in the country with 61,055 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, legal professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,649 and had an average of $28,699 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 13,591 legal professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,704 and $29,689 respectively.

For this year’s “Best Value Legal Professions Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking, we looked at 73 colleges that offer a degree in legal professions. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality legal professions programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

Out of the 73 schools in the Best Value Legal Professions Schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Seminole State College of Florida landed the #4 spot on the list.
