When it comes to choosing a college, veterans have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. College Factual was founded, in part, to help students make the decision as to what would be the best school for them. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Legal Professions” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2020-2021, 61,055 people earned their degree in legal professions, making the major the 16th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, legal professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,649 and had an average of $28,699 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 4,378 legal professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $53,310 and $28,867 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Legal Professions” ranking looked at 12 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in legal professions. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great legal professions programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
