With a ranking of #23, Sam Houston State University did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Liberal Arts for a Bachelor’s list. Huntsville, Texas is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s liberal arts degrees to 62 students in 2020-2021.
