Out of the 3 schools in the Best Value Library Science Schools in the Plains States Region For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, Emporia State University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Emporia, Kansas, this medium-sized public school awarded 168 degrees to qualified ’s library science students in 2020-2021.

St. Kate’s also took the #3 spot in our “Best Library Science Schools in the Plains States Region” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for St. Kate’s is $14,391 for plains states region library science students whose families make $0-$30k.
