In 2020-2021, 4,612 people earned their degree in financial mathematics, making the major the 153rd most popular in the United States.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Financial Math” ranking analyzed 13 colleges that offered a degree in financial mathematics. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great financial mathematics programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Financial Math. Carnegie Mellon University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 10 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
