When it comes to choosing a college, veterans have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. One of our goals at College Factual is to give you as much information as we can - such as our “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for HVACR” ranking - to help you make that decision.
In 2020-2021, 19,594 people earned their degree in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration, making the major the 192nd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $32,998 and had an average of $11,353 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 650 heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,345 and $11,878 respectively.
Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
