You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Minnesota State College Southeast. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Minnesota for Precision Systems list. Winona, Minnesota is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s precision systems degrees to 82 students in 2020-2021.

MSC Southeast did well in our major quality rankings, too.
