Top 1 Best Mathematics & Computer Science Doctor’s Degree Colleges for Veterans in the Southeast Region
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend George Mason University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Math & CompSci for a Doctorate list. Located in Fairfax, Virginia, this large public school handed out 5 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s math and compsci students in 2020-2021.
GMU did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Mathematics & Computer Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list.Our most recent data shows that 2,334 of the 38,541 students enrolled at GMU were GI Bill® students, of which 1,583 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,710. During this same period, 42 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. GMU offers credit for military training for eligible students.
