Top 2 Best Mathematics & Computer Science Colleges for Veterans in the Southeast Region
You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend George Mason University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Math & CompSci. Fairfax, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s math and compsci degrees to 41 students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying math & compsci list, GMU has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 2,334 of the 38,541 students enrolled at George Mason University were GI Bill® students, of which 1,583 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $10,710. To help with additional expenses, 42 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. This small school is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and it awarded 7 ’s math and compsci degrees in 2020-2021.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at VWU, the school also landed the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 1,347 students enrolled at VWU, 166 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 116 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $14,128.
