You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Oklahoma Baptist University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Natural Sciences for a Bachelor’s list. Shawnee, Oklahoma is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelors’s natural sciences degrees to 10 students in 2020-2021.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at OBU, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Natural Sciences Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 80 of the 1,763 students enrolled at OBU were GI Bill® students, of which 33 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $17,051. To help with additional expenses, 18 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
