It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism for a Bachelor’s list. Unity College is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Unity, Maine. It awarded 12 bachelors’s natural resource recreation and tourism degrees in 2020-2021.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at Unity, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Environmental/Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 38 of the 1,429 students enrolled at Unity College were GI Bill® students, of which 24 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism for a Bachelor’s list. University of Vermont is a fairly large public school situated in Burlington, Vermont. It awarded 12 bachelors’s natural resource recreation and tourism degrees in 2020-2021.
UVM also made our “Best Environmental/Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” list, coming in at #2.Of the 13,292 students enrolled at University of Vermont, 218 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 142 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,767. On top of their other funding sources, 19 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of Vermont offers credit for military training for eligible students.
