Humboldt State University tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Far Western US Region that are best for non-traditional wildlife management students. Humboldt State University is a medium-sized public school located in the remote town of Arcata. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Humboldt State University has also earned the #2 rank in our Best Colleges for Wildlife Management in the Far Western US Region ranking.
