OSU is located in Stillwater, Oklahoma and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 104 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees to qualified students.

OSU did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list.Our most recent data shows that 1,038 of the 24,535 students enrolled at OSU were GI Bill® students, of which 439 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Located in Norman, Oklahoma, this large public school handed out 173 degrees to qualified bachelors’s parks and rec students in 2020-2021.

University of Oklahoma also made our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list, coming in at #4.Of the 27,772 students enrolled at University of Oklahoma Norman Campus, 12 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 10 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $3,720. During this same period, 0 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of Oklahoma Norman Campus offers credit for military training for eligible students.

The school came in at #3 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Parks & Rec for a Bachelor’s. This fairly large school is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, and it awarded 89 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees in 2020-2021.

UCO also made our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oklahoma” list, coming in at #5.Our most recent data shows that 934 of the 14,132 students enrolled at UCO were GI Bill® students, of which 428 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. ORU is a small school located in Tulsa, Oklahoma that handed out 45 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees in 2020-2021.

In 2020-2021, this school awarded 49 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees to qualified students.
