Located in Emmitsburg, Maryland, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 10 degrees to qualified masters’s parks and rec students in 2020-2021.

The Mount did well in our major quality rankings, too. Frostburg, Maryland is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s parks and rec degrees to 16 students in 2020-2021.

Frostburg State also made our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Master’s Degree Schools in Maryland” list, coming in at #2.Our most recent data shows that 131 of the 4,857 students enrolled at Frostburg State were GI Bill® students, of which 62 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
