Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Cosmetology for an Associate that were part of this year’s ranking, Douglas Education Center landed the #1 spot on the list. Douglas Education Center is a small school located in Monessen, Pennsylvania that handed out 57 associates’s cosmetology degrees in 2020-2021.
