You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Douglas Education Center. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Cosmetology for an Associate. Located in Monessen, Pennsylvania, this small private for-profit school handed out 57 degrees to qualified associates’s cosmetology students in 2020-2021.
