You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Douglas Education Center. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Cosmetology. Douglas Education Center is a small private for-profit school situated in Monessen, Pennsylvania. It awarded 112 ’s cosmetology degrees in 2020-2021.
