Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Arkansas for Culinary Arts that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, this small public school handed out 163 degrees to qualified ’s culinary arts students in 2020-2021.
