You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Culinary Arts. OSU Institute of Technology is a small public school situated in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. It awarded 24 ’s culinary arts degrees in 2020-2021.
