You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Point Park University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Mortuary Science for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 14 degrees to qualified bachelors’s mortuary science students in 2020-2021.
Point Park also made our “Best Funeral & Mortuary Science Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Pennsylvania” list, coming in at #1.Of the 3,591 students enrolled at Point Park, 110 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 68 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,640. To help with additional expenses, 18 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Point Park does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
