It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Materials Science for a Doctorate list. Located in Santa Barbara, California, this large public school handed out 18 degrees to qualified doctorate’s materials science students in 2020-2021.

UCSB did well in our major quality rankings, too.
