When pursuing a degree in today’s world, veterans have many different options to choose from. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Precision Metal Working for an Associate. This medium-sized school is located in Rochester, New York, and it awarded 21 associates’s precision metal working degrees in 2020-2021.
Monroe Community College also took the #5 spot in our “Best Precision Metal Working Associate Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 301 of the 10,161 students enrolled at Monroe Community College were GI Bill® students, of which 195 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. This medium-sized school is located in Utica, New York, and it awarded 14 associates’s precision metal working degrees in 2020-2021.

Located in Oakdale, Pennsylvania, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 33 degrees to qualified associates’s precision metal working students in 2020-2021.

Out of that number, 100 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $14,408. In addition to receiving other benefits, 5 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology ranked #6 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Precision Metal Working for an Associate list. Lancaster, Pennsylvania is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s precision metal working degrees to 71 students in 2020-2021.
